Early Childhood Caries (ECC) is a significant public health issue affecting young children worldwide, with a substantial impact in Saudi Arabia. This study aimed to assess the strategies adopted by dentists in Saudi Arabia for the management of ECC. A cross-sectional survey was conducted involving 448 dentists across the Kingdom. The survey focused on various aspects of ECC management, including preventive measures, diagnosis, treatment protocols, and referral practices. Results indicated that while there is a general awareness of the importance of early intervention, variations in the adoption of management strategies exist. Factors influencing these strategies include dentist demographics, training, and access to resources. This study highlights the need for standardization in ECC management protocols and suggests further educational initiatives to ensure optimal care for children.
